This late 1800s home had lost its character through many ill-executed renovations. The task was to renovate it and shine some life back into it with fresh and modern finishes. Reinvent the floor plan for improved functionality and traffic flow.

Open up the floor plan to create a sense of spaciousness. Add custom built-ins for much needed storage and bring in character. Use a soothing color palette to make the space feel zen and inviting. Add a powder room.

This has been a labor of love for many years. The result is a home filled with spaces that are inviting, comfortable, and chic.
